Thesis: Feminine computing: Gender-typical behaviours, stereotypes, and the emergence of the gender gap

I am a DPhil candidate at the Department of Sociology, and a member of St Catherine's College. As a social scientist and programmer, I am passionate about using quantitative and computational methods (especially social network analysis and agent-based modelling) to understand social problems.
My DPhil thesis is about bridging the STEM gender gap from the perspectives of social network analysis and social experiments. In addition, I have work experience in full-stack programming, data analysis, and product operations in tech companies.
