Jacqui is the Director of the Global Exchange on Migration and Diversity, the knowledge exchange arm of COMPAS, where she manages a broad portfolio of knowledge exchange and research projects which aim to extend and deepen COMPAS's international contribution to the reciprocal sharing of expertise and ideas among academics, policymakers, professionals, civil society, lawyers, foundations, school students and others in the field.

Jacqui's work focuses on local government and migration, integration and inclusion and how place-based narratives can facilitate the development of inclusive communities.
