Alae is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Sociology and a non-stipendiary research fellow at Nuffield College.
His research is centred around dynamic games and contract theory. He is particularly interested in studying dynamic monitoring environments and how information is elicited in games with asymmetric information.
Prior to joining the University of Oxford, Alae obtained a PhD in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics. In September 2022, he joined the Sociology Department as a member of the CRIMGOV project.
