Thesis Title: Work Flexibility and Family Dynamics

I am a DPhil student in Sociology and a member of Green Templeton College. Prior to my doctorate, I investigated precarious work and mental health in China using quantitative methods.
My current research examines (1) how work arrangements such as flexible, remote, and precarious employment relate to household life and the wellbeing of family members, and (2) the structural and cultural factors that influence mate selection and fertility intentions across different social contexts.
