Michael Heseltine is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Sociology working on the ‘DemDialogue’ project.
Michael’s research studies how political elites and the mass public behave online, emphasising both the political and platform-specific incentives which guide online communications decision-making.
Before joining the Department at Oxford, Michael previously worked on the ‘TWON (Twin of Digital Networks)’ project at the University of Amsterdam. He received his DPhil in Political Science from American University in 2022.
