Sam Birch is a part-time MSc Sociology student at the University of Oxford, based in London. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester and is the founder and director of an e-commerce company in the film and TV niche.
Drawing on his economics background, Sam’s academic interests include social inequality, health, and social mobility, with a particular focus on quantitative approaches to analysing the individual and societal-level impacts of wealth and income inequality.
