18th Aage Sørensen Memorial Conference to take place in Oxford April 9-12
Posted: 07 Mar 2014

The 18th Annual Aage Sørensen Memorial Conference will be hosted by the University of Oxford and Nuffield College from the 9th to the 12th of April, 2014. In line with previous editions of the event, this year’s conference invites graduate students from the three founding institutions Stockholm University, Harvard University, and the University of Oxford, as well as from Columbia University, Princeton University, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, to present and discuss each other’s work in Oxford. The Aage Sørensen Memorial Conference provides a warm and welcoming environment for talented junior researchers in sociology to receive feedback from their peers. It is also a great opportunity to make friends and build contacts that, as past experience has shown, often last well into the future.
The conference is open to everyone interested. The presentations take place in the Clay Room at Nuffield College.
