En-suite bed and breakfast accommodation has been reserved for 84 delegates at the Queen’s College Oxford. En-suite accommodation has been reserved for 40 delegates at Balliol College accommodation in Jowett Walk, with breakfast a short walk away at the Manor Road Building where the conference is being held. Accommodation will be allocated to delegates on a first-come-first-served basis, initially at the Queen’s College, and subsequently at Balliol.
Delegates requiring special dietary arrangements or disability provision will be able to indicate this on the online booking form.
There may be an opportunity for delegates who wish to arrive on Thursday evening to stay at the Queen’s College, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please contact

In the event that demand for accommodation looks likely to exceed the numbers of rooms we have already reserved or available in Queen's and Balliol colleges, we will continue to book accommodation for participants but these might be in other locations and may involve some small changes in prices. This website will advise on details if this becomes the case.
